We handle the following quality standards of our product based on the following:
- Minimum 2 hours of hydration.
- Maximum storage time of 4 days and 3 nights for Russian market, and 5 days and 4 nights for the American and European market. Storage is in coolers with 2 degrees centigrade.
- Maximum temperature for the product leaving farm is 4 degrees centigrade.

- Perfect placement of the bunches within the box to avoid mechanical damage.
